Reason of choosing the name:
 
Chair: Is the seat that the trainee sits on for 8 hours a day to receive a leadership training on family and social skills.
 Al-Noor: Means the light that the trainee is required to spread after learning the social skills, in addition to its similarity to Soorat Al-Noorr in the Holy Quran which talks about the family and social affairs.
Goals of the institute:
 
The main objective of the Al-Noor Institute is to teach the trainees about the social and family affairs to be qualified to face the social problems in his community and to use technology in solving these problems.
 
Training method:
Training material will answer the following questions:
1- How to treat the educational and marital conflicts?
2- How to guide a family to happiness and stability?
3- How to take advantage of technology in providing social services?
4- How to use Media in the social field?
5- How to plan to and run a social center?
Services provided to trainees:
The institute management will provide:
1- Accommodations : In furnished flats (2 bedrooms, living room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in each flat).
2- Meals : 3 daily meals
3- Services : Cleaning and arranging rooms
4- Transporting : Will be available for all trainees.
The founder of the Institute:
Is Mr. Jassem Al-Mutawa a previous civil judge in Kuwait also he prepares and presents many TV programs and training seminars, to know more see web: www.almutawa.info
Place and time of training:
- Place : In Kuwait.
- Period : 6 weeks.
- Training Times : 8 hours a day except Thursday 4 hours. Friday will be off (Entertainment).
- Number of seminars : The institute holds 4 seminars a year.
